Early Works

Works from the early part of my career which was the first attempt to go beyond the rules and practices of traditional graffiti. Robert Rausenberg, Joeseph Beuys and Jean Michel Basquiat (whom I was deeply influenced by) pointed towards new frontiers.

“The painter who I learnt the most from and copied the most from was De Kooning. I just made so many De Kooning’s myself I began to understand how a painting like that got built.
